IGUAÇU provides areas of native forest for the installation of hives, and in partnership with Senai, it offers a Beekeeping Course to enable the producer to specialize for free.

This agreement is formalized by a land lease contract which includes the preservation of the environment, enabling families to manage their own business and keep their livelihood. On the other hand, for each harvest, the producers donate 1 kg of honey to IGUAÇU, which is passed onto social institutions in the municipality.
