IGUAÇU, in addition to the training usually conducted for improving its internal public, further counts with a program called Academy of Excellence. The program allows all collaborators to take courses in the Distance Learning (EAD) modality, with focus on themes such as entrepreneurship, leadership development and behavioral aspects.
